The advantages of buying raw wheat germ is that it is cheaper and also retains more of its nutritional value. You can also toast it as deeply or lightly as you wish.

Raw wheat germ can turn rancid quite quickly, but this company ensures no oxygen is allowed in the packaging to keep it fresh.

As soon as you open a bag, keep it stored in the freezer and use it straight from there.

Wheat germ oil has a greater concentration of omega-3 fatty acids and is one of the richest sources of octacosanol.

It has over 100 recipes and is one of the best books currently available that deals with the health problems of eating meat and dairy products. A must read!
